Clean, brand-new hotel with very caring and attentive staff. Huge room, comfy bed and a unique decor. Marvellous and satisfactory breakfast with amazing views, good view and convenient location.

The room was well-appointed and wonderfully decorated with a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet in the private bathroom. The location was excellent and favourable for me, in the old quarter of Fes: )

I recently stayed at this elegant hotel and I must say that I was absolutely impressed. The staff members were very friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help me with whatever I needed. Not only was the room very clean and well-maintained, but it also had all the modern amenities that I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, the rooftop restaurant had a breathtaking view of the whole city and the breakfast there was a great way to start my day.

I can confidently recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area.

Amazing and good breakfast on the roof top for all tastes.

The hotel was fairly clean with marvellous and good breakfast selections. Plenty of options, outstanding food. Well-appointed and wonderfully decorated rooms with AC, a wonderful view. Marvellous, comfortable location next to a palace of the 14th century, a very clean and updated museum and the outer Medina, which is less hectic than inside. Also, on everything from shopping to guides.

The architecture and design of the hotel were exquisite and unique, making for a memorable stay. The terrace was a standout feature, offering stunning views of the town and a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or watch the sunset. the hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and local transportation.

The service was lacking at times. We experienced delayed check-in and late room readiness, as well as difficulty obtaining items we requested such as an iron.

The room here is perfect and makes for an incredible base for a weekend getaway.

This place met all our requirements and we plan on returning here again in the future; it was a great base to explore the major attractions of the city.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and both bathtub and shower options. The breakfast, served with a 360 view of the Old City, is a delightful way to start your day.
